As part of graphic design coursework, I developed Neighbor—an app that streamlines the process of donating to nonprofit and charity organizations.
The amount of information about donating, especially when so many social justice issues are rightly coming to the forefront of everyday life, is overwhelming. And, once the money is donated to nonprofits, it is often difficult to know exactly where it ends up and how it has been used.
Neighbor helps people who have never donated before to find an organization that fits with their values, be more confident about how their money is being used, and overall make donating an easier, more rewarding experience.

Below: User journey mapping and a process flowchart were both instrumental in helping me understand how users would move through the app and use it in their lives.
