I collaborated with senior public health consultants at JSI to visually evaluate and re-define the priorities and structure of the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS).
These visualizations were used in several internal presentations to aid JSI leadership in recommending organizational changes, resulting in increased operations efficiency and equity for populations served by BSAS.
